Therapy offered by Grandfather Teotlamakazke Ehekamitl
Harmonisations with Copal and Feathers and optional healing with Rapé
Harmonisations with copal incense and feathers - an energy cleansing and purification. Copal helps to eliminate heavy and negative energies for example if stressed, depressed or anxious. Grandfather Ehekamitl first consults with the client to find out what needs to be harmonised, before performing the harmonisation. He has been working with copal for over 40 years.
This therapy is beneficial for those with emotional imbalances and heaviness - it encourages them to express their emotions and brings them to a state of peace. Through working on the energetic body, Grandfather Ehekamitl then reaches the physical body.
Rapé – helps to balance the emotions. Tobacco in this form also helps to detoxify the body, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and enables you to breathe more clearly.
Therapies offered by Grandmother Martha Pico
Rebozo (Shawl) Therapy
Rebozo therapy involves giving the recipient a sense of peace and harmony. This is achieved by placing the rebozo in different positions and using specific movements called "manteo". The rebozo acts like an enveloping hug, allowing the recipient to find their centre, recognising which emotion is being processed or letting it crystallise, causing some discomfort or somatising something more delicate in their physical body.
Additionally, with the manteo, chiropractic adjustments can be performed such as adjustments to the hips, knees, ankles, neck, and shoulders, carried out with very subtle movements. The therapeutic and spiritual use of the rebozo is one of the common techniques still used in some indigenous communities in Mexico.
Grandmother Martha works with a shawl that belonged to her grandmother which is 100 -150 years old. As she touches it on parts of the body, ancestral memories and burdens are released.
Rebozo therapy helps to release trapped and repressed emotions, going to the deepest levels of pain and wounding. It also helps realign the body similarly to massage or chiropractic adjustment. Experiencing the hug of the shawl allows the patient to feel comforted at the deepest level and gives them strength to protect their family and what is dear to them.
Harmonisation and Recalibration of Subtle Fields with Feather and Rebozo
An ancestral technique that allows the recipient to identify any kind of miasma affecting their subtle fields. The therapist indicates what movements to make to restore an adequate energy flow in the energy centres for the recalibration of the subtle fields.
Harmonisation with Drum and Voice (Ancestral Song)
An ancestral technique that allows the regulation of energy flow through the energy centres, enabling the recipient to find emotional balance and mental clarity.
The above therapies may be combined in a longer session according to how Grandmother Martha perceives how your healing needs can best be met.
Circular Dance of the Four Elements
Group therapy (maximum 18 people) This therapy is recommended for the activation of the essence of the elements in the physical body, giving the recipient the opportunity to remember and recognize which emotions generated in the past are causing discomfort in the present. Elements may include rebozo (shawl) therapy, work with feathers, drumming, ancestral song and copal.
Group therapy is a 1 hour session
Price is on a sliding scale depending on the number of participants: £12.50 to £25 per person with a minimum total of £100.
Group sessions will be available from 6-7pm on 2 and 3 July only - please book early and invite your friends to book with you!

Much has been written about the Toltecs and in truth little is known about them.
They say that the Toltecs were “a people” or “a culture”, but the truth is that the Toltecs were a lineage of knowledge of the ancestral wisdom of the Cem Anahuac, name given to the world of the Nahuas/Mexicas (Indigenous people of Mexico).
Toltec was a degree of knowledge of the Toltecayotl. What was the Totecayotl? It was the art of living in balance, the philosophical thought that gave meaning to existence.
For the natives, Toltecayotl represented the pinnacle of their worldview. The Toltec is, symbolically, the artist among artists, the one who makes one's own faces and true hearts emerge, the one who illuminates like a smoking torch, the teacher among teachers...
There existed in the Cem Anahuac a group of Toltecs from all towns and cultures. These men and women of knowledge studied and practiced the knowledge of the Toltecayotl. The irradiation center of Toltecayotl was Tenotihuacan, the place where human beings achieved divinity.
For the Toltecayotl, the human being is metaphorically divided into four parts starting from its center. From the navel to the head it symbolizes heaven and the spirit; It is represented with the quetzal, the most beautiful bird that remotes the heights desired by human beings.
´The art of knowing how to live´
( TEOTLAMATILIZTLI )
The Toltec Medicine Wheel (4 cosmic consciousnesses) offers us to seek our balance and perception from our inner center, opening us to the four directions of the universe (South , North, West and East).
Likewise finding the benefit for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. It allowing us to be in harmony with ourselves and with everything that surrounds us as we pass through our venerable beloved Earth called ´Tonanzin Tlalli´
How should I go?
Shall I leave nothing behind me on earth?
How should my heart act?
Do we come to live in vain?
“Let's at least leave flowers, let's at least leave songs”
You can bring: flowers, seeds and/or fruit for the altar, white clothes and food to share
